程序简介

1.0-版本内容：依据GB/T 32918.4-2016《SM2椭圆曲线公钥密码算法》规范，支持SM2withSM3签名验签算法。
1.1-更新内容：支持Der格式输出、Raw/Der格式公私钥输入
1.2-更新内容：新增支持SM2非对称加解密；封装签名验签/非对称加解密接口
