Summary

Reverts PR fix: Update MCP API calls to use snake_case naming #43 which changed MCP SDK API calls to snake_case naming
The upstream MCP SDK and FastMCP still use camelCase
Our forks (python-sdk, fastmcp) have been reverted to use camelCase
