Changes to the original:

• support for Spotify Albums & Playlists (using the Sonos Queue)
• generation of cards for the Sonos Zones (Rooms) available on your network
• creation of a file with defaults for Sonos Room, Spotify User and node-sonos host
• for the generation of QR codes, using the pyqrcode Python module instead of the OS package
• replaced urllib with requests python module
• updated to python 3.5
• added SONOS logo for Sonos Room cards
• disabled use of webkit2png
• reduced reliance on hard-coded settings
• added variables for default announcement volume and language code
