Trying to get the tests passing again in the plugins repo: lightningd/plugins#772
This PR fixes some changes made to pyln-testing.
This PR is not enough, it also needs new release binaries since in the plugins repo it downloads the binaries which are still made with the old cln-plugin where the error output is slightlly different.
Bonus goal: For reckless install support you basically have to move all python framework stuff in the tests directory so current CLN version don't get confused. I didn't do that here since it would make the pre-commit stuff stop working out of the box i think.
