Summary

  • add user settings endpoints with email change confirmation and avatar upload
  • add settings UI and avatar menu based on Lovable diff
  • introduce email change token flow and user profile fields

Testing

  • npm run lint (fails: existing warnings about no-explicit-any and hook deps)
