This is a small Eclipse plugin enabling the usaer to change the background color of the overview ruler (AKA annotations ruler).

In your Eclipse, go to: Help->Install new software...
Enter the URL (in "Work with"): http://chookapp.github.com/ChookappUpdateSite/
From the chookapp category, choose "Overview Ruler Background".
