General structure
	-3 chapters
	-Each chapters has three parts

Bootstrap is used to give it glam and a nice look.

Haven't decided to use standard html positioning or bootstrap to fix positioning.

A fixed horizontal menu for easy access to different chapters




Color scheme:

Reds:
1 Lighterred: #B11306
2 lighterred: #CC342D
3 Darkerred: #900E05


Other colors:
1: #EBEBE4
2 darker: #E2E2DB
3 darkest: #E2E2DB

^This is the exact same color scheme as the official Ruby site, thought it would make it familiar.

Any overall fonts?
