Pull request overview
This PR updates the GitHub Actions repository dispatch workflow to reflect the “Cata → Clawta” rebrand by renaming the workflow/job labels and swapping the downloaded/executed binary/release source accordingly.
Changes:
- Renamed the workflow title, job id, and step names from Cata to Clawta.
