Functionality

conf.py ConfigParser wrapper
pathconf.py provide access to additional paths and external programs
runtool.py execute external programs with user specified parameters

Development

prepare your own paths.conf by making a copy of paths.conf.sample
run make doc to generate API documentation. This make target uses Epydoc.
