feat: islands variant (2025.2.3+) (#230)

This is a primitive implementation of the newly introduced Islands Theme. Hope someone could continue the work cuz I'm kinda bad at theming and this is probably the best I could've done.

I don't think we need to include different variants right? It doesn't seem like a breaking change? It'd be great if you could confirm if the themes with the variant specific options work on IDEs without the island variant support!

I don't think so, the new theme variant is based on a different theme named Islands Dark/Light, not a configurable property, so I don't think it would work with lower versions... I'm doing a bit of experiment to see if we could somewhat hide or at least disable the new variant on < 2025.2.3.

Managed to hide these themes on lower versions (2025.1) but somehow `Catppuccin Mocha Islands` is still the default though hidden.

Perhaps the only issue on lower versions now is to make Catppuccin Mocha the default theme, not Catppuccin Mocha Islands.

Colors need adjusting a lil bit to be more comfy though.

Extremely nice to see this is being worked on! I just updated to the latest version of Rider due to the .NET 10 release, and as of version 2025.3 islands is now the default Rider theme. I would love to see Catppuccin either adapting to this new standard, or add another variant for it! Personally a big fan of the light mode version.

I'm glad you guys are working on this, but I'd like to leave some constructive feedback here.

Personally I'm not really a fan of the borders around the islands and there haven't been any borders before. I feel like it's cluttering some parts with unnecessary brightness (in the dark themes).

Is this a thing for better accessibility (which would be fine by me!) or just some arbitrary change? Maybe whatever the reason behind them is can be achieved with contrasts.

Hey there! Thanks for the work! Is there any blockers or anything I can help? I would love to see the islands theme now that even DataGrip is using it. A list of next steps would help to see where the community can lend a hand
