With the release of CLion 2025.3 EAP 1, the plugin become incompatible with the IDE version (build 253.*). This PR simply increments the
pluginUntilBuildvariable to include support for the 2025.3 platform.Based on my testing, there seems to be no issues in CLion with the theme.
