This pull request fixes the issue of the action buttons ( Mint, Scan and Receive ) and the balance section not responding to touch events. This issue is peculiar to android devices, particularly the google pixel where it was tested both on an actual device and a simulator.
The fix was to wrap the Dashboard screen in a SafeAreaView to define a native android boundary to properly route touch events.
