I have checked all the dates according to my calendar and they are correct - first Thursday of each month.

This PR updates the Trainer meeting schedule for 2026. It only includes the primary meeting dates (one per month). It does change the language around the meeting a little bit, adding a description and noting the times. Finally, it updates the link to the community calendar.
Check that the dates are correct. These are what is on my calendar.
