Russian localization

Some things to note:

1. "Browse, search or ask" doesn't sound good in my language so I simply used "Search"
2. I didn't know how to translate "peer" so i simply translated it as-is

Also I wanted to add a Russian keyboard layout, but it has more keys than the English one, and the keyboard's style sheet is not optimized for this.
