Data Analysis - Airbnb in Seattle

Motivation

This project analyzes the Airbnb Seattle Open Data from the aspects of listings types, location, reviews and prices.

Business Questions

• What are the busiest times of the year to visit Seattle?
• What type of listings are more common in Seattle? How is Airbnb listings' quality in Seattle? 
• What features are important in estimating prices?
