Add one of the following kinds:

What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR removes outdated and redundant documents from the documentation/SupportingDocuments directory.
These files were legacy materials (API proposals, internal notes, and old presentations) that have either been merged into the main documentation or are no longer relevant to the current EdgeCloud project structure.

Cleaning up this folder helps maintain a clean repository and avoids confusion for contributors navigating current and active documentation.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes # 393

Special notes for reviewers:

Only obsolete files have been deleted; no current working documents were affected.

Verified that no deleted files are referenced in the main README or other markdowns.

 release-note
Removed legacy and redundant supporting documents from `documentation/SupportingDocuments`.
