docs: Add Java version badge to README

Summary

Added a Java 11 version badge to the top of the README to match the existing CircleCI and Code Coverage badges. This provides quick visibility of the Java version requirement and links to the official Java 11 download page.

The change is purely cosmetic and improves documentation consistency by making the Java requirement immediately visible alongside other project status indicators.

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

  • Verify the Java version badge renders correctly on GitHub
  • Confirm Java 11 is the correct version requirement for this project (matches build requirements section)

Notes

- Added Java 11 badge to match existing CircleCI and Code Coverage badges
- Provides quick visibility of Java version requirement
- Links to Java 11 download page
