[feat] Switch compiler to Clang
``static bool kernel_running`` was replaced by ``true`` a long time ago...
It was really out of place, since all of the other themes uses the ``theme-`` prefix. Add ``theme-`` prefix.
Fix names and values, mostly.
To summarize:
~(1<<33) = inf?
~ = bitflip
<< = bitshift (left)
1024
1024 != inf
x / y for x = 10, y = 0:
10/0 = undefined ≈ inf
(x / y for x = 10, y = 0) = inf
One line in gencolours ended with: [spc][spc][spc][spc]
It's just a minimal version of cowsay. Along with it came a bug fix to the makefile in which it failed to recognize commadns as requirements.

It makes you flip a coin
A lot of files that were once used in the project (such as
debug{.h,.asm}) aren't anymore and we should ofc clean these up as
needed.
Also, add .kernel extensions to the file.
If not it prints: ERROR: (ERROR) {the_actual_error}
Don't base another type of of another type based of of another type. As
a pseudocode-esque example:
typedef a b;
typedef b c;
IT SHOULD BE:
typedef a b;
typedef a c;
