Implement changes to allow analysis of axon bouton scans:

  1. Add DataConfig.StimulusType, which do not restrict units by their brain area or layer.
  2. For scans with non-soma segmentation cmpartment, insert all units instead of just soma units into StaticScan.Unit
  3. Make switching precproc_id in NeuroDataPipelineManagement easier.
