The library RGiesecke.DllExport is very old and does not support net46 without MSBuild installed. Based on this library there is a new completly open source library available DllExport (https://github.com/3F/DllExport) with offers much more support and functionality. Besides that I changed the NLog reference to the latest stable version by NuGet Manager.
