- remove player list from account file (because this information is stored in player profile) - build lis of players in account on the fly
- removed unnecessary method Account::get_email()
- removed unnecessary fields from Account class
- refactored accounts code to modern style
- storage for alternative currencies
- add currency storage to accounts
