Docker compose added + fixed axios dep on vsce package

• You have to have axios in dependencies and not in devDependencies, otherwise vsce will not bundle it
• Added docker compose with possibly working server for easier deployment locally

Bonus:

• Fixed some tests entrypoints (even though there are a lot of them failing!). At least now they can start.
