This is just a draft PR and NOT meant to be pulled into master. Chris's branch is the active backend branch for the project. At the moment the pat palmerston branch has Full CRUD operation endpoints for the Photos and Registration/Login with restricted middleware, deployed to heroku with postgres. Documentation done and testing for Auth Router done.
