- NND_functions.py
Functions for measuring the nearest neighbor distances between 3D coordinates (.csv files), generating simulated randomized control data, plotting outputs, and performing statistical tests by MAD testing.
- MCell_sims.py
Take output files (.dat) from MCell simulations and calculate and save the per vesicle average of all 50 simulation runs.
