Description
This PR fixes the header layout issue on tablet widths. The navigation and site title are now centered, and large action buttons are shown only on wider screens to prevent overflow.
Why
Previously, the action buttons caused the navbar to overflow and cut off items on tablet screens. This change ensures a clean and stable layout across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
