- Add ZEKR_FILTER to run only tests matching a pattern - Add ZEKR_SKIP to exclude tests matching a pattern - Filtering is case-insensitive and matches suite and test names - Filtered tests count shown in summary output
- Add watchMode function that watches directories for changes - Automatically re-builds and re-runs tests on file changes - Supports custom build and test commands - Includes debouncing to handle rapid file changes
