Add Japanese translation
Removed translation keys from ja.json that do not exist in en.json. Missing keys that exist only in en.json will be added in a subsequent commit.
All synchronization has been completed with this commit. I'll continue monitoring it. I'm exhausted.

I've been monitoring the upd branch and keeping the translations updated. Since the changes have stabilized recently, I'm moving this PR out of draft for final review! |

We are adding and porting new translations for version 2.8.

バージョン2.8向けに、新たな翻訳の追加および移植を行っています。
Motivation
In v2.8, the new UI and major refactoring caused significant discrepancies between the key values in en.json and ja.json. Therefore, we have been translating since before release to ensure missing keys and migrated keys are also reflected in ja.json.
