Updated UserAccount dependencies, fixed unhandled exception when a user joins with the same name as an existing account, changed feedback and console msgs to be more in-line with TShock, and added warning msgs in case of username conflict. Also removed some redundant code.
Replace easily confusible characters with unambiguous ones in temp passwords
Fixed for compatibility & other minor improvements.
as per GHSA-w3h6-j2gm-qf7q passwords will now be random alphanumeric as opposed to name + IP + UUID
and fixed the problem relating to those two config settings
