The Configure Window can be opened by clicking the Configure button in the Sheet List Ribbon Panel in the Annotate Tab of the Ribbon

Customizing Columns

Columns can be customized in the Sheet List Columns section of the Configure window. In this table there are 4 columns.

  • Source - The source for where the property value will come from
    • Sheet Properties
    • Drawing Document iProperties
    • Sheet Document iProperties
  • Property - The name of the property
  • Column Name - The value that will be shown as the column heading if headings are visible in the Sheet List table
  • Width (cm) - The column width in centimeters

Adding / Removing Property Columns

Columns can be changed by clicking the Choose Columns button above the table. This will open up a new Columns Builder window.

This window has three main sections:

  1. Property Source Drop down menu
  2. Properties - this will display all of the available properties from the Property Source
  3. Selected Properties - this contains the properties that have been selected to be included in the Sheet List table

Property Sources

Source Description
Sheet Sheet Properties
Drawing iProperties from the Drawing Document
Sheet Document iProperties from the Model that is placed on the current sheet
Title Block Prompted Entry fields from the Title Block of the current sheet

Important

To use properties from the Sheet Document. The active sheet of the drawing MUST contain a view of the model that includes the desired property while customizing the table columns.

To add a property to the table, select it in the Properties box and click the Add >> button. It will then show in the Selected Properties box. The << Remove button can be used to remove properties from being included in the table.

Properties can be reordered, if needed, by using the up and down arrow buttons on the right side of the window.
