AWS Bedrock global inference profiles use the global. prefix for cross-region endpoints. These were missing from the pricing table, causing $0 cost display for customers using global endpoints. Adds 7 entries: - global.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929-v1:0 - global.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-20250514-v1:0 - global.anthropic.claude-haiku-4-5-20251001-v1:0 - global.anthropic.claude-opus-4-5-20251101-v1:0 - global.anthropic.claude-opus-4-6-v1 - anthropic.claude-opus-4-6-v1 (new base entry)
