Implemented MVP-readiness by adding comprehensive tests, regenerating problematic maps, and enhancing the map generation pipeline.

The original task highlighted issues with AI behavior and pathfinding on older maps. This PR addresses these by introducing robust testing for navmesh and AI, regenerating legacy maps using a modern, validated pipeline, and providing a keyless internal map generation option for easier development and testing. This ensures better AI performance and pathfinding across maps, moving the game towards production readiness.
