Added a simple script for making movies from FAST data by parsing the assignments file. @mizimmer90 had something like this a while ago, but I lost it, especially with the move. Recreated it to the best of my memory and added it here.
Also added a README. I saw there were some docs in progress in #3 after making this README, happy to re-up those instead.
