1.21.4 Rewrite

• Supports bundles
• New ClickOperation class to verify the sort is working at each step
• Rewrite of sorting and combining logic to simplify operations
• Also implemented a (semi) functional way to test sorts quickly
  • Currently only supports the player inventory and does not support components on items
  • Disabled in actual release builds so players cannot run the command

Changing 1.21.4 to be the default branch. When upgrading to newer version, that will then become the default branch so we have "snapshots" of each version
