mog: implement shoulder attachments and more tweaks

Shoulder Attachment System

The Mongoose now supports attachments to the shoulders, which gives an edge to the drivers. Whether to support the people behind the mech or to have a secondary weapon-type attachment. ALL shoulder attachments are shootable.

Mongoose Heat Sink

The heat sink provides more tolerance to the mog, but doesn't protect as much though and can break from severe overheat. Loadout code is pa0.

GL-67 Fragmentation Grenade Launcher

The GL-67 FGL can lob multiple grenades farther than a standard grenade toss from an average marine. Comes in with a burst fire mode which can be toggled by Firemode + Re/Unload. Loadout code is pa1. WARNING: THIS ATTACHMENT CAN EXPLODE WHEN LOADED UPON DESTRUCTION.

R.A.I.N. Module

The R.A.I.N. Module can shoot down incoming projectiles to the mech, providing significant protection to projectiles and not bullets however. Loadout code pa2. WARNING: THIS ATTACHMENT CAN EXPLODE UPON DESTRUCTION.

Tweaks

• The mongoose now gets damaged over things such as fists, rockets, and other attacks that otherwise deal no damage to the mog.
• Maintenance diagram color now corresponds to the mongoose's state of operability.
• Setting the mongoose on fire now damages the integrity directly so as letting it get electrocuted.
• For convenience, the sndinfo file now uses alias for sound mods.
• Mog obits now mostly track who killed them with the mech.
• Armor doubled to 200 in response to shotgunners dealing massive damage to the mog's armor.
