Turbolinks iOS App

This Pull Request checks in an XCode project for Recipes' iOS app.

To install it on your phone, I think these are the steps:

1. Clone the repo
2. Open in XCode (open platforms/ios/Recipes/Recipes.xcodeproj)
3. Plug in your phone
4. Build the project for that device
5. (You might have to follow Carthage's steps to fetch and build Turbolinks first)

Before I call this good, I still want to:

• Adjust the search form to submit via JavaScript
• Remove redundant titles from pages
• See if I can change the link color in XCode to match Recipes' brand color

I load this in XCode to get Recipes on my phone. I have to "trust" myself on iOS — and that seems to expire — but ... it's close to being a like a real app 👍:+1:
