This PR adds a new section, Interoperability.
It includes Reactive Network — an EVM-compatible, fully on-chain, event-driven automation layer that allows smart contracts to react to conditions and events across multiple chains.
This tool is awesome because it enables reactivity and cross-chain automation easily, all you need is a knowledge of Solidity.
