Quasi Static model evolved from "Quasi-Static-Integrative-Model"
How to Run:
- Open "Main_Program" program and run
- You will be prompted to select the flies (or robotic data) for the analysis. Select the desired data.
- The program will output a data set called "Fly_Master" which can be used to run any plot. Aditionally, each individual dataset's output is saved to the orginal dataset folder.
- Open any plot file and run. [This is not clear]
- If the plot file will let you select which data you want to analyze. (some are one dataset while other accept multiple) [again not clear]
