fix: codeblock text colour, figure caption, false YouTube embed padding

- Text colour for codeblocks should be applied to the `<pre>` element
  instead of the specific `<code>` element nested in `<pre>`
- Feed-specific fixes for using `<small>` for figure captions (looking
  at you, IEEE Spectrum)
- Remove the false `padding-top` added to YouTube video embeds by NNW
