This adds the very simple /answer <text> command
It whisper to the last person that whispered you, I'm achieving that using a variable called
last_whisperer_cn, which resets to -1 every time

  • You disconnect
  • The player where clientnum = last_whisperer_cn disconnects

Closes: #119
