This PR improves the default security posture of the SoftEther VPN container.
It updates the default cipher suite to use AES-GCM instead of AES-CBC, providing better protection against padding oracle attacks.
It also increases the entropy of the auto-generated default password by including letters in addition to numbers.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 10307842192893222641 started by @bluPhy

🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: The entrypoint script configured a weak CBC-mode cipher (`DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA`) and generated low-entropy numeric-only passwords by default.
🎯 Impact:
    - CBC ciphers are vulnerable to padding oracle attacks.
    - Numeric-only passwords (20 digits) have significantly lower entropy (~66 bits) than alphanumeric ones (~119 bits), making them easier to brute-force if exposed.
πŸ”§ Fix:
    - Updated `entrypoint.sh` to use `DHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384` (GCM mode).
    - Updated password generation to use `A-Za-z0-9` charset.
βœ… Verification:
    - Verified `openssl ciphers` supports the new string.
    - Verified new password generation logic creates alphanumeric strings.
