[272] Fix token holder balance history chart

• ADDED accountBalanceVariationsByAccountId (NEW) endpoint;
• ADDED historicalBalances (NEW) endpoint;
  • Returns all past records of account balances for address bounded by fromDate, toDate and additional filters;
• REMOVED historicalBalances (OLD) endpoint:
  • Returned the balance value for addresses at a past point in time given by days;
  • Same balance delta function now fulfilled by accountBalanceVariations and accountBalanceVariationsByAccountId;
• TWEAKED accountBalanceVariations endpoint:
  • Datetime filters changed from days parameter to new standard fromDate/toDate;
  • Added optional addresses filter parameter;
• TWEAKED accountInteractions endpoint:
  • Datetime filters changed from days parameter to new standard fromDate/toDate;
• FIXED BalanceHistoryGraph query:
  • Rewrote query in order to use new historicalBalances endpoint instead of transfers (!);
• Minor implementation changes and refactors to structures adjacent to mentioned endpoints;
