Updated Seam Normal tools

The Seam Normal tools have been rewritten. This fixes a bug that stopped them from working with Blender 4.3. It also expands them into two separate tools. The first lets you smooth normals between separate objects - so you can separate a smooth object into two objects and then use this tool to calculate split normals to give the objects the appearance that they are still seamless. There is also a new Copy Seam Normals tool that copies the boundary normals from the active object to all other selected objects.
