Sometimes, when duration variables haven't been asigned priorly it breaks because the code hasn't detected the start of the event. This appears to happen when some of the SRU Status blocks are bypassed manually. Signed-off-by: Jose Ogando <jose.ogando@canonical.com>

When dealing with tracking bugs that were manually bypassed, the previous timestamp didnt exist and thus gave an exception
