This is a first shot at solving #33 .
Windows + Linux builds work, but discovered a reproducibility problem on Linux (see #34 ).
Mac build doesn't work due to lack of Mac-SDK. Possible approach would be to scrape SDK files from Mac environment and use that to build on Ubuntu.Also, signatures need to be committed and pushed.
