Install and Setupyou have used thevirtualenvand also changing or upgrading the Python version globally in Linux environments is a dangerous action as the Python version must not be upgraded or touched manually, instead it should be as part of the system upgrade.I think the best is to use Docker here and use the latest version of Python without interfering with the system.
This PR basically consists of Dockerfile, docker-compose.yaml, and the README.md file which should ideally explain the usage of
docker-compose.
