Add 12 general-purpose macros to bitcoin-austria.sty replacing the misconception-specific approach with a versatile presentation toolkit: - \splitslide / \splitslideimgleft: two-column text+image layouts - \keypoint / \keypointcolor: large centered statement slides - \fullimage / \fullimagenocaption: full-width images with/without caption - \baquote: styled quotation block with attribution - \numberedlist: enumerated list in a block - \twocol / \threecol: multi-column text layouts - \comparison: side-by-side comparison (block vs exampleblock) - \highlightbox: colored emphasis box Update style-guide.tex with 16 showcase slides demonstrating all macros including a summary reference table. https://claude.ai/code/session_0168hg2pnamCxC2WRw8feqxf
