New Frontend Interacts With Registration Endpoints

Gist

• Submit now interacts with /register and /register_minor based on age using old frontend code
• Updated some forms for (hopefully) better validation since I wasn't able to enter the next page for some pages reliably
• Updated some of the forms for compatibility with the current backend endpoints
• Some stuff I just commented out for now until frontend fixes it

Notes

• Please take a look out for the TODOs I put in Submit.vue to see what is currently not compatible until the frontend changes
• Would also recommend double checking the validations (please)
• Did not add support for resume uploading so note that still needs to work
