Halvade

Halvade, a mapreduce implementation of the best practice DNA-seq/RNA-seq pipeline by Broad Institute. More information is available in the bioinformatics paper here.

To build Halvade run this command in the halvade folder:

> ant

To build the Halvade uploader tool run this command in the halvade_uploader_tool folder:

> ant

The documentation for Halvade is available on readthedocs.org.
