qcli v0.1.1

This is a mainteinance release to the 0.1.x series. In this version script usage examples are removed from error messages and supplementary optional messages can be added, see #265.

This is an initial release of the pyqi framework.

qcli v0.1.0

This is an initial release of qcli which has been tested extensively with QIIME 1.7.0-dev. We are about to introduce major, non-backward-compatible changes, so are providing this release for packages that are already using qcli.
