I had to make some changes to use in my undergrad research project, so i figured I would share them back.
Most of it is refactoring the separate variables for each amino acid feature into one dictionary for each feature, but i also added a way to use it from the command line with a .fasta file that gives the output in a .tsv format.
Also added a requirements.txt because it took me a while to find the exact version of scikit-learn being used.
